🚗Seattle Collisions

A web application that visualizes traffic collisions in Seattle. I built this back in 2016. It used to run a cron job that would download and import new collisions from the City of Seattle. However, it seems like data either changed or stopped being collected around June 1, 2023. So, data is only available from 2006 - June 2023. A tiny 30 second video game on the web. I built this in 2016 as a way to learn more javascript. I made this before I learned any frameworks like React or Vue. The most fun part was making the music and wiring it all up to the various events. Making the color changing space and stars was fun too.
